
You heard me right. The thought of sweating in front of strangers, being ogled and working out on some germ-infested apparatus bores me to tears. These days there are fitness classes within gyms, but they're still offer the gym atmosphere.
So I set out on a quest to find alternative ways to stay fit and have fun that doesn't involve muscle-heads and pretentiousness. I ended up finding three workouts, each with their own individual fitness styles, that I completed in a week's time (and I am still sore): Spynga, a combination of spinning and yoga, swing dancing and boxing.
