Let me get this straight: Mayor David Miller said the new vehicle registration tax will go to pay for public transit improvements, yet the TTC will charge these same car owners an additional fee to park in their facilities, despite the fact they have already paid for a Metropass.

Talk about double dipping.

I see this as highly unfair; does anyone else see the inequity?
